What are the delivery costs?
Our guarantee standard: delivery is free for orders over £300. Below this amount, the delivery cost is £15.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to return a product without giving a reason. The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
How long does it take to process an order?
We process orders within 24 hours for products available in stock. For made-to-order products, the processing time is 3-5 working days.
Do you offer a warranty on products?
All products come with a manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, we offer an extended warranty and professional post-warranty service.
